Accessibility statement
VectorMethods aims to make the public VideoVector website usable for people with disabilities and aligned with practical accessibility expectations for modern SaaS websites.
Commitment
Last updated: April 28, 2026. Our practical target for public pages is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, while recognizing accessibility expectations under laws and norms such as the ADA and Ontario's AODA.
We review public-facing pages for keyboard access, semantic structure, readable contrast, responsive layouts, focus visibility, labeled controls, and screen-reader-friendly content as part of normal product and website work.
Measures
- Public pages use semantic headings, landmarks, links, and form labels where feasible.
- Interactive controls are intended to be keyboard accessible and have visible focus states.
- Color, spacing, and responsive layouts are reviewed so public content remains readable across common device sizes.
- Contact and feedback paths are available for accessibility barriers or reasonable accommodation requests.
Known limitations
Some customer-uploaded video, audio, image, metadata, or third-party content may not include captions, transcripts, alt text, or other accessible alternatives unless the customer provides or generates them.
Some third-party authentication, billing, analytics, infrastructure, browser, operating system, or embedded interfaces may be outside our direct control.
Feedback
If you find an accessibility barrier, contact support@vectormethods.com with the page URL, browser, device, assistive technology, and issue you encountered. Accessibility requests can also be mailed to 40 King St W 41st Floor, Toronto, ON M5H 3S1, Canada. We will review reasonable accessibility requests and work to address confirmed barriers.
