Cookie and storage notice

Last updated: August 31, 2026. The public website may use cookies, local storage, session storage, tags, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies for site operation, security, diagnostics, preferences, analytics, marketing attribution, and contact-request workflows.

The hosted product may use additional storage for authentication, account sessions, fraud and abuse prevention, theme and interface preferences, media processing state, API or connector workflows, and product functionality.

Necessary storage supports site delivery, security, form operation, consent records, load balancing, fraud prevention, rate limiting, accessibility preferences, and other functions that are needed for the site or requested service to work. Disabling necessary storage may prevent parts of the website or product from working correctly.

Where configured, the public site may use Google Tag Manager or similar analytics and marketing tooling to understand page activity, product interest, and campaign performance. Google Tag Manager may load with analytics, ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization denied by default, and analytics storage is updated only if you allow optional analytics storage.

If you arrive through a valid affiliate link, the public site can forward only its ref parameter to a VectorMethods product link before you choose. It does not store that referral value before consent. If you allow optional storage, the site loads Tolt's affiliate-attribution script, which may set tolt_referral and tolt_data cookies and use a 90-day first-click window. Tolt synchronizes attributed signups with relevant Stripe subscription, payment, refund, and cancellation events for commission administration.

The referring affiliate may see a customer's redacted email address and paid amount, plus aggregate clicks, signups, product or plan categories, commissions, and payouts. Affiliates do not receive customer names, full email addresses, VectorMethods product user IDs, or system-level business statistics through this program.

The v2 consent record is stored in the vm_consent_v2 cookie on vectormethods.com and mirrored in local storage for one year. It records the consent version, necessary-storage status, analytics choice, marketing and affiliate-attribution choice, and update time. A prior consent format never enables Tolt; the v2 choice must be made once.

We do not currently use the public website to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used under California privacy law.
